We charge a flat fee of 49 sek for orders below 500 sek.
Shipping costs will be added to the price of your order, clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Your order’ section at checkout.
You can place a new order with the product that you like to change to, and return the product that you no longer want.
Yes we always want you to be happy with your shopping! You can return products up to 14 days after receiving your order.
The cost of return is 39 sek within Sweden.
Returns are accepted for discounted items and provided that the product is in its original condition, unwashed and that all the tags are still attached.
As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund. The return process can take up to 14 days from the moment you send back your product.
We will refund the amount paid, taking into account any discounts applied. The refund will not include any delivery fees you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the product. If you paid by invoice, your payment provider might need to contact you for issuing the refund.
Please note that you can only return products purchased on the Website.
Please note that dispatch time may take longer due to high seasons-sales, unexpected events or availability of product.
You must provide complete and accurate delivery address upon placing your order as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend it after your purchase. You as customer is solely responsible for any delivery-related errors, due to a lack of information or error on the delivery address while placing the order. Please contact us as soon as you realized if anything went wrong. We will do our best to resolve your problem.
Our freight partners will try to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, as you know, delays are inevitable. Please send us a message on the chat or contact form if you have not received your order on time.
